Ep. 14: Update on the Noah Presgrove Lawsuit - Jack, Caleb & Carter Respond

On August 26, 2025, Jack Newton and his father Caleb officially responded to the wrongful death lawsuit filed by Noah Presgrove’s family earlier this summer. On August 29, 2025, Carter Combs also filed her response. In this update, I’ll walk you through their legal responses, key defenses they raised, the subpoenas for all investigation records filed by the family, and what this means for the case going forward.
